Ready to Transform your Keyboard?
See how you can transform your keyboard in just 4 simple steps.
Take a photo of your old keyboard
Take a photo of your old keyboard to use as reference for where the keys go.
Remove your old keycaps
Slide your keycap remover so the clip/wire is under the keycap. Pull upwards until it pops off.
Take care with the big keys
Spacebar, Shift, Enter and Backspace have stabilisers, so lift them slowly and evenly from both ends.
Fit the new keycaps on
Each switch has a small plus-shaped post. Line the slot under the keycap up with it and press straight down until it clicks.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to ship?
+
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days. Once dispatched, delivery to the USA and Europe typically takes 7 to 14 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress
Will this set fit my keyboard?
+
Most of our sets are designed to fit the most common keyboard layouts. To check compatibility, please refer to the product description, which lists the number of keys included in each set. You can also view the full kit photos on each product page, which show every keycap included, so you can compare them against your own keyboard.
If you're still unsure, feel free to contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
Why was my order split into multiple packages?
+
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may ship items separately. Handmade items can take longer to prepare, so rather than hold your entire order, we send the ready items first. Some products are also stocked in different warehouses, which means they're dispatched from separate locations. You won't be charged any extra shipping for split packages, and you'll receive a tracking number for each one.
Do you do custom orders?
+
Yes, customisation is available on selected products. We offer two services:
- Layout customisation: adapt a keycap set to suit your specific keyboard layout.
- Custom design: work with us to create a unique design of your own.
To get started, please contact our support team with details of what you have in mind, and we'll be happy to help.
