Take a photo of your old keyboard to use as reference for where the keys go.
Slide your keycap remover so the clip/wire is under the keycap. Pull upwards until it pops off.
Spacebar, Shift, Enter and Backspace have stabilisers, so lift them slowly and evenly from both ends.
Each switch has a small plus-shaped post. Line the slot under the keycap up with it and press straight down until it clicks.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may ship items separately. Handmade items can take longer to prepare, so rather than hold your entire order, we send the ready items first. Some products are also stocked in different warehouses, which means they're dispatched from separate locations.
