Take a photo of your old keyboard
Take a photo of your old keyboard to use as reference for where the keys go.
Remove your old keycaps
Slide your keycap remover so the clip/wire is under the keycap. Pull upwards until it pops off.
Take care with the big keys
Spacebar, Shift, Enter and Backspace have stabilisers, so lift them slowly and evenly from both ends.
Fit the new keycaps on
Each switch has a small plus-shaped post. Line the slot under the keycap up with it and press straight down until it clicks.

Why was my order split into multiple packages?

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may ship items separately. Handmade items can take longer to prepare, so rather than hold your entire order, we send the ready items first. Some products are also stocked in different warehouses, which means they're dispatched from separate locations. You won't be charged any extra shipping for split packages, and you'll receive a tracking number for each one.
